Return Process

  Log into your Clarios account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Handover to Courier

  A representative from our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
